DESCRIPTION:The 3rd September is Cycle to Work Day 2015. It's an annual eve
 nt to encourage people to cycle to work. This year there are prizes availa
 ble based on pledging to ride on the day if the sign up on the Cycle to W
 ork Day website.\n\nWe would recommend that you get your bike serviced bef
 ore the day\, especially if you are dusting off the cobwebs\, or it hasn't
  been serviced for some time. There are many local bike shops who will he
 lp with bike maintenance.\n\nIf you would like some training or other help
 \, please take a look at our Bike Buddy Scheme\, or contact Kevin Ablitt f
 or some one to one tuition and workplace maintenance clinics. Bike &amp\; 
 Go bikes are available from Ipswich Railway Station\, however you need to 
 apply about a week in advance for the membership card. Other cycle hire is
  available within the town.
